Uploading Quotes/Invoices on CRM

Upload Orders
To upload the order to CineRentalManager:
- Click Command + Shift + R to bring up the Rentalworks Macro Group
- Click 6 - Send Order
Follow the on-screen prompts.
In the notes field feel free to mention any substitutions or clarification questions you have.
Uploading Invoices
Very similar to sending orders.
- Click Command+Shift+R to bring up the Rentalworks Macro Group
- Click 9 - Send Invoice
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Enter any notes about this order into the text box. Only important notes as the pre generated email will also have a greeting and a thank you attached. Feel free to talk about any L&D, issues, subtractions, discounts, or anything that might be a surprise.
