If you need to take payment upfront as part of a discount, once you have an approved quote and all rental documents submitted perform the following steps:
- Log into cinerental manager
- Upload the final order as the invoice
- Run the card on file
- If there are trucks on the order, once it returns, upload invoice, only submit a total for the fuel and mileage
Include in the notes that you are only charging for fuel, mileage, and expendables.
