A thank you letter is a super simple gesture that can go a long way after a difficult job to let your crew know that you appreciate them. It really doesn't need to be very much, but either a handwritten letter you give to them on the last day, or a short email after you wrap will make them understand that you care and make them interested in coming back, even if the job was a bit difficult.
