TextMagic

TEXT MAGIC HAS BEEN REPLACED BY GOOGLE VOICE. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NO LONGER RELEVANT

TextMagic is a way to text people via our email account. It will come in to them from our business phone number and they will be able to respond.

To send a text type in their phone number, including 1 as the international code and then put it @textmagic.com

So for example 15102092089@textmagic.com

Do not include a subject line or your signature, we are charged by the number of characters, so including the signature costs us more money.

Adding Contacts to Text Magic

If you do not have a contact setup in textmagic, they will come in as the number only to our email address. This can make it very difficult to distinguish who people are. This can be easily solved by adding them as a contact.

• Login to the TextMagic account

• Navigate to the contacts tab on the left side

• Add the contact and fill in their name and number.

Make sure you add them to the customers list.

• Send a test text message

Once they respond they will be added to the email contacts
