Testing Carts

We need to stress test the Set Flex Carts when we build/design them.

• Load up the cart with 20x 35# shotbags onto all the shelves and let ius sit in the shop for 24 hours.

• Put the equivalent of a gear package on the cart like stands, shotbags, a few milkcrates, 600c and 1200X Then test out going up and down on a liftgate.

• Do the same but test on the 1 ton box going up and down the ramps 5 times

• Roll the cart out to the front and wheel 2 wheels off of the curb to simulate an uneven surface.

• Find any other wird surfaces that would be a good test

• Take any notes from the testing and make a card and put it in the inbox for discussion
