Also mention what department/s uses this item.

Uses
This is where you type in the different uses of the item. It can include things such as can it be used indoors or outdoors. Can it be used during day time or night?
Write anything that relates to how the item is used and even other uses that it can provide.
Be as detailed as you can be but keeping things relevant.

This is where you link to the Google Doc for QC Processes. Do not write anything in this section, only link to this document and make necessary changes in that document. QC Process for All Lights
