Open CineRentalManager and select the status page

This is the big picture view of all the rentals that are happening right now. If all the dates are set right they should be organized by the date in which they are happening, so all the rentals manager needs to do is see which job next in the line needs to fill out documents.

You know that a piece of documentation is done when there is a green check mark next to the field.

A red x means the field still needs to be filled out by the client.

A yellow check mark is important as it denotes that the client has performed a function that requires the rentals manager to verify. More on that in the Info screen section.

Functions you can use the status screen

  • other view modes

By selecting one of the 5 icons above the active jobs header you can further sort your open orders by what needs to be done. If you were to have many jobs running for example you could sort the screen by who needs to be invoiced, or who has not had a quote uploaded yet.

  • The job Tile

by navigating to any of the job tiles there is a certain format that the rentals manager likes. JOB NAME / Date / Gear, That way it matches Rentalworks and the Trello board and no one is confused.

There are also 6 icons the perform a unique function.

The x stops a job and doesn't save the customer data.

The Hand stops a job and moves it to archive, in case they pay by check, or want to cancel the order but leave their info on file.

The ambulance sends out the insurance info query email if you are waiting on a COI.

The I sends the account set up email

The last 2 redirect you to the 2 info view links, one for the client side and one for the rentals manager side.

  • Checking pieces of documentation

You can also go directly to a piece of documentation from a client by clicking on any field to the right of a green check mark.
