Settings Screen for CRM

Open CineRentalManager and select the settings page

In this page is a lot of the automatic messages and information that the system will send out, so if you are having issues with the contents of a message of if you need to make a new message this is where you do that.

Pick up Locations

You can either select new pickup location from the drop down menu or select an existing pick up location. You can name or Edit the location name in the form bar under the location and finally compose the detailed instruction for the pick up location in the large message window at the bottom.

Once complete either hit save new location or update pick up location to save your work. There is also a function to delete a location if something were to happen that you needed to.

Messages

Here is where the majority of the messaging function comes in, as the system is set to automatically send out certain messages once parameters have ben met in the system.

• The test address is the address the system will send alerts to that steps have been completed for jobs

• Select message is a drop down menu of all the automatic messages generated by the system, select the message you wish to edit, and then adjust the text message, email subject line or email body message accordingly.

• press on the envelope next to E-MAIL to send a test of the new message to the test address to verify everything is working.

Rental Manager

This is where you can change the contact info for the current rentals manager.

Files

This is where the system stores documents that get sent out in emails to the clients, for Bolt Lighting Rental we just have 2

• our w-9

Both can just be dragged into the file uploader, select which form you are updating, then select update.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT UPDATE EITHER OF THESE FIELDS WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE OWNERS AND/OR INSURANCE AGENT.

General

• Drivers License -Drivers License

This setting controls the text on the Client Info-Query page where it asks for a drivers license.

The dialog will ask for the license indicated by the pull down menu below.
