Red Lining is when a client wants to make changes to our rental agreement or other rental paperwork that will result in a change of the legal wording of the documents.

Process

  • Get Changes Requested by Client

It is important that you get a detailed description preferably by the clients legal team as to what they want to change.

  • Send Changes to Athos

At this point you will need to include Athos, who will either approve or deny the changes. Make a new email to service@athosinsurance.com, and make sure to CC the clients legal counsel as well as the producers. Send over a copy of our rental agreement as it stands and a detailed explanation of what the client would like to change. They will then take over from here and work with the client to make a new rental agreement that will both leave them happy and still leave us with all our gear legally covered and liable.

  • Once Contract is Agreed upon and Signed, upload to Cine Rental Manager
