Receiving Rental Requests over the Phone

Sometimes people will call with their rental requests and while it may be tedious, we have to work out their complete order while we have them on the line with us to prevent them from going elsewhere.
- Open CineRentalManager
Go to CineRentalManager and open the Jobs/Create page.
- Ask them for information for each Field
Your goal is to fill out this form completely and start the job in our system before you hang up.
- Use the Notes Section of CineRentalManager to input their gear list
This is a chance to recommend items they are missing or ask for what options they'd like.
If we ask them to send us an email it just increases their chance that they will put it off until later and then ultimately go with another vendor.
