Receiving Rental Requests by Email

You will almost always receive gear requests via email, this will either be through cinerentalmanager, or through a direct email.

• Receive Email

Use the credentials in lastpass to log into Spark on the computer.

• Send Rental Received Email

Depending on if they used CRM you will either choose the Direct Email option or the CRM option. In Spark hit reply all button and select the Rental Received template. Fill in their name and send.

• If this is a direct email, use the Create Job Page in CRM

Just fill in all of the information you have and hit create job. If important information is missing, for example, the shoot dates, respond to an email asking for all the missing information. Ideally you would call them and ask them for this information.

• Run Create New Job Macro

Press Command Shift R and select Create New Job.
