Receiving Mail

Mail will arrive to the shop and there are a few common pieces of mail you will see. Most of these can be thrown away, but anything that does not fall into these categories should have pictures taken of them and uploaded to the #Mail slack channel.

• ADP Invoices

These are paid automatically and can be thrown away.

• Insurance Certificates

Insurance companies will send us physical copies of insurance certificates, these can be thrown away.

• Registration for Vehicles

The DMV will send notices that the vehicles must be registered. You will either do this online through the DMV directly, or you will use https://www.needtags.com/ (Needs instructions on how to deal with this)

• Payments by Check

Use the Check Template in trello to upload a picture of the check to be deposited by either Matt or Ryan.
