If its ever slow in the shop, or you happen to find yourself with a couple hours of down time. Go to the Bolt Projects board in Trello
The sections are separated into lists, not exactly in this order:
- Inbox - Space to put items that require more conversation
- Computer - Tasks that can be completed from a computer.
- Shop - Projects involving the shop space
- Trucks - Projects involving one of the trucks
- Errands - usually tasks that will require you to leave the shop.
- Currently Working On - The task that you are actively working on. (Move cards here when you begin the task)
- Waiting for Delivery - Projects in which we are waiting on a delivery in order to progress
- Waiting for Action - Projects that require some outside involvement, waiting for a delivery, or a response from the vendor.
- Bolt Project Wish List - Long term ideas that may not be actionable anytime soon.
- Templates - Project Templates for specific tasks
Working on Projects
If you notice something that needs attention around the shop make a new card in Trello.
As you work on the card, document any progress with pictures or explanations.
Once a card is complete, comment in the card that you have completed the task, then make sure it is archived.
Automations
- High Priority Tasks - When you drop a card into the "High Priority" list in Trello, a "High Priority" label will automatically be added to the card
- Waiting For Action - When a card is dropped into the "Waiting For Action" list, all members will be removed from the card. The list is also automatically sorted by the oldest to newest.
- Waiting For Delivery - When a card is dropped into the "Waiting For Delivery" list, all members will be removed from the card.
