Personally Purchased Gear

Gear can be personally purchased by each of the owners, but there are a few things that must be followed.
- Any payments for the gear must be run through bolt
- Bolt will payout 100% of the rental of the gear to the original owner until they are paid back.
- Any purchases must be tracked on this spreadsheet
- Receiepts for all purchases must be uploaded at this google drive folder.
- Total amount purchased may not exceed 4000 dollars for any one individual. Anything further must be approved in advance.
When any payments are made, the spreadsheet should be updated.
