Application
- Print P Touch Label Using above Settings
Print the name of the crate using the P Touch label maker.
- Place 2" Bolt Sticker
Place the Bolt sticker about 3/4" away from the left wall of the area where you put the label on the long side of the crate. If you have a really long sticker name you can move the Bolt sticker to accommodate the long label.
- Attach the P Touch Label to the Crate
Center the sticker vertically and horizontally. If it is long, offset it to accommodate the bolt sticker.
- Choose the Correct Clear Plastic Cover
The clear plastic cover for the long side of a double milkcrate is 15 1/2" X 2 3/8"
- Drill screw holes in clear plastic cover using the Jig
use a 1/8" drill bit to make holes horizontally centered on the short side of the plastic cover. Do not use this drill bit to make a hole into the crate itself. Make sure you use the jig for perfect holes every time.
- Screw on the Clear Plastic Cover
use a screw gun and very gingerly screw the Clear Plastic Cover using #6 1/4" Phillips screw accompanied by a #4 washer.
