Migrate

The Migrate function allows you to transfer all items from an order that is already out, to another order within the same deal, without the need for the items to come back into your shop. This is helpful when you have a run of show order and a day play order, they return the day play order, but do not return the exact barcodes from their order.

This process creates all the necessary in/out contracts.

Migrate

• Utilities > Migrate Orders

• Fill out Items in Source Tab

Enter Deal and select order that the items are currently checked out to.

• Fill out Destination Tab

Most likely you are going to check the box for Migrating to an Existing Order. Check that box and select the proper fields.

• Fill out Options Tab to your specification.

Uncheck copy rental rates from source order.

• Fill out Items tab

Select the specific items you want to move to the destination order (you do not have to select all)

• Click Finalize Migration

System will create

IN contract for those items for order A

and OUT contract for items for order B
