Making Support Tickets for WIKI

This is the process for making support tickets for MYWIKIS

* Login to MYWIKIS using the credentials from last pass.

*Select open ticket on the top tool bar

*Select Support

*Write in all necessary information Include photos of what is wrong, what it is currently doing and what it is suppoed to do. Include any URLS and other data that you may find helpful to get this issue solved

*Send support ticket

*Make a card in trello to remind you to check in on this ticket.
