Leprecon Dimmer

ULD-360DMX-HP has 6 dual Edison receptacles correlating to 6 separate dimming channels. Has two Edison head feeders that allow you to distribute the amperage over two 15a Edison power sources. The dimmer pack has a hole to bolt a pipe clamp to the unit for rigging purposes.

Uses

Used primarily for incandescent fixtures allowing them to go through a full range of dimming from a lighting console. It can be used for LED fixtures like quasars, but it will not dim below 10%. Some types of LED units will need a Ghost Load, or an additional small incandescent load on the same channel.

Troubleshooting

• Both breakers are flipped on

One of the breakers controls the DMX address display. The whole unit will not function with that breaker not on and energized

• Correct DMX address on the dimmer pack

Choose a DMX address with the up and down arrows and hit enter to save the address.

• Make sure the power source is energized
• Check other components

If you think the dimmer is powered and addressed properly start to test the fixtures and fixture power runs. Remove the fixture from the dimmer and check it against 'Hot' power.

• Check wattage of unit

If breaker is tripping you can only have 1800w per circuit, you may want to repatch units if you are exceeding this.

Substitutions

• Leviton Dimmers for low wattage units.
• Magic Gadget 2k Dimmer if they only need one channel.
