Adding Items
Work with the rentals manager to add those items, reupload quote in CineRentalManager to have the price approved, then scan them out. You can create a separate contract for the added items.
If adding gear to a feature order you will be able to go into the order and manually set the start date to the day after the gear is to be picked.
Removing Items
You will have to void the contract you created and then unstage those items you would like to remove, once this is done you can remove them from the order and then create the contract again.
To void the contract go to Warehouse > Contracts.
- Double click on the contract you want to void.
- Click the hamburger menu and then select void contract.
- Do not check the box that says "Unstage items after voiding"
This will unstage everything you've scanned and you will have to scan everything again.
- Click the "Void Items" button
The quote will need to be reuploaded to CineRentalManager and approved again.
