Jem Ball
The Jem Ball is a soft source lighting fixture. Using the standard Jem Ball fixture you can insert a bulb up to 1000w for the 22” Jem Ball and up to 1.5k for the 30” Jem Ball. You can also use the joker attachment to put a Joker 400 or 800 inside.
Uses
The Jem Ball is used as an area light and can be either used to bring up the ambiance in the room or to light people sitting around a table or standing in a circle.
It is possible to gel a jem ball by creating a sleeve of gel, making sure that its big enough that there is sufficient air flow to keep it from melting, then you clip it to the harp using binder clips or c-47s.

Troubleshooting
If you are using the tungsten version, just check to make sure the wiring is all connected.
For HMI, try connecting directly to the ballast, swapping the head feeder, checking all connections.
