THIS IS OLD!! NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO ATHOS!
Once a year we ned to renew our insurance policy with NFP property insurance. They require us to submit some paperwork on certain personal and financial records in order for them to quote an insurance policy for the next year.
Last 3 Executed Contracts
These will be the last 3 completed signed rental agreements.
You will need to countersign them.
Updated Inventory List
Go into Rentalworks
Select - Reports -Rental Inventory Reports - Rental Inventory Value
- Make sure the date rage is set correctly
- Make sure to select that all inventory types are selected, including RFID.
- Select PDF as your export option.
- Before you submit, post in slack with current equipment coverage and current inventory value
Estimated Gross Sales
This can be found in Quickbooks
- Go to Report > Profit and Loss
- Select Last Year
Gross sales will be Total Income for that year.
Equipment and Drivers
Submit a list of all new vehicles with any additional info they require.
Submit a list of people who commonly drive for the shop.
