We use google forms for a number of different applications, either tasks that we routinely do and want to document, or surveys we want to collect information for.
To standardize these there are a few things you must do
- Make the background color Bolt Blue with the hex color #0055ad
- Click Settings > Responses
- If applicable, uncheck the box "Restrict to users in Ryan Thomas DP and its trusted organizations"
