Creating a task in Trello

  • Make a new card in Trello in the maintenance board and call it "Fire extinguisher maintenance"
  • Create a new checklist called "RFID Codes"
  • In rentalworks > Asset tab > Fire extiguisher > Download Excel workbook
  • Copy all the the tag codes and past them into trello
  • Confirm all tags on list are good, recertify those that are outdated
