Finding a Cover for Yourself in the Shop
If you have been booked for a day at the shop but are no longer available due to other higher paying work or any other reason you will need to find a cover for your shift. If you are sick you can take time off with full compensation and you are not expected to find a cover for yourself. For all other instances the following will apply:

Rentals Manager
Finding coverage for the Rentals Manager is a little less generic, we ask that you find someone for your coverage that knows Rentalworks and our billing system pretty well. This usually leaves your options as

Whoever is covering must have their own CineRentalManager account so that their name will be on all the outgoing emails. You can do this by going to CineRentalManager.com and logging into our account.
- Settings > Global
- Users Tab
- Create a new user and give them Admin permissions
- Use the email rentals@boltlightingrental.com
If someone is currently using that email, delete the user, then create a new one with whoever is covering you.
Options for covering rentals manager may also include working remotely from home by logging into sonic mobile communicator on your phone. This must be approved in advance of working from home. Working From Home
