When doing an overnight flip there are some steps you can do to save time and finish quicker.
- If possible during the day shift, the items should be left on carts to be rolled onto the truck.
Some simple things you can do to speed up the process:
- Pull off any soft goods that were used by the production and put them in a rubbermaid shop cart. Do not QC them. Make a trello card saying to check softgoods and write which job they are from.
- Leave items that are not needed for the next order to be QC'd later.
- Find soft goods in the shop to replace what you have taken off, make sure they have a red seal on them.
- Label any carts with 2" white gaff tape and write which job the items are being returned from.
