End Cap on Gel

This has been attempted multiple times now by both Greg and Ryan. The idea was if you could create an endcap that you stuck on the gel roll, you could keep the plastic bunched inside the roll and then press the end cap inside the tube. The issue has been that the tubes inner dimension is not constant and varies from different manufacturers. We considered looking for an endcap that would go around the outside of the gel, but even that dimension would change over time as the gel roll was used.
