Deleting an order

Sometimes people who put in an order don't get confirmation from the producers or choose to go with another rental house due to location. Whatever the issue is, not all orders always get fulfilled and in turn have to be deleted. When deleting an order, make sure to cancel the order in rental works and Pause (the hand) the job in cine rental manager. The reason why we need to pause instead of just deleting an order in cine rental manager is to keep that person's information saved in case they come back for that same order or to create a new one.

• Canceling order on Rental Works

• When in Rental Works, Click the Person icon in the side tabs on the left.
• Then Click Orders. Once you get to the Orders page with all current Job orders, select the one of the job youre going to cancel by double clicking it.
• Once youre in the order, locate the hamburger menu (in the photo above its highlighted in the color green) and select Cancel Order.

• Pausing Order on Cine Rental Manager

Once you have canceled the order in Rentalworks, you are then ready to put the job on PAUSE in Cine Rental Manager.

• First, go to Cine Rental Manager,

• Click Status in the upper left side.

• Find the Job you are looking to Pause and select the hand button to Pause the Job. Don't hit the X button to delete the job.

• Click the STOP JOB button that appears.

• Check Trello to make sure there are no subrentals under the Shop list. Archive those if present.
