Creating Support Ticket in Rentalworks
Support Tickets
- Press Command, shift, R
Run the Rentalworks Macro. Select "New Support Ticket" in the menu Type in the form and try to include screenshots and lots of detail so that it is easy for them to recreate the issue you are having. Do not abuse the priority.
- Include Details
You must be extremely clear in order for them to replicate and resolve the issue you are having. The things you should include in your support ticket are:
Exact steps on how to replicate it. " I went to this page, I clicked this, typed this, and this occured" Include Screenshots of each step of the process, especially the end result. Include screenshots or exact text of any error messages.
- Click Submit
If your support ticket is really more of a suggestion, use the Feature Request Macro instead.
Feature Requests
- Press Command shift R
- Select Support Ticket - Feature Request
Feature requests are for suggestions only. Try to be as clear as possible, you can take screenshots and use apple markup to draw what you are suggesting.
