Cleaning the popcorn popper

• Remove the Doors and shelf - set aside for cleaning
  

  DUMP

• remove all popcorn kernels, check inside the kettle as well as the kernel tray at the bottom.

• Remove the kettle from the popper, put simple green inside and allow to soak while you are cleaning

• spray simple green and use paper towels to clean out the popper, get all the glass walls and done forget the top op the popper where oil will build up.
  

  Clean

• do the same for all the Doors and popcorn serving paddle

• Hopefully by the time you get to the kettle anything dried has been lessened up with the soaking. use a stub brush is you need to.

• once everything is cleaned roll the cart back to where it lives in the shop.
