  • What type of projects are they usually servicing?
  • What information do they typically collect from a renter? For example Credit Cards, Rental Agreements, COIs.

Online Demo

Main points of CineRentalManager that separate us from others are:

  • Reducing Data Entry

Front facing data input. Show the client info view page.

  • Centralized Status Page for both the renter and the rental manager.

In Person Demo

  • Change Rental Manager to your name

Ask if they'd like a quick 5-minute demo of the software, a lot of trust in this demo because I'm giving you my phone.

"Its called CineRentalManager, it creates a Web Portal for producers to see and upload all their information about their job. We wanted something that would help us better see what needed to be done for a job to go out and to do the same for producers. Its meant to work along side your existing quoting software. Currently looking for Beta testers, we've used it for the past 3 years, but want to get more people's input. We'd offer a year free and 15/month after that.

  • Using the Create Job Page, create a new job with them.

Hand them the phone and have them type in their info.

  • Navigate to the Client Info View Page and have them look at it with you. Show them how it allows them to upload all of their documents.
  • Let them know you're going to send them a quote.
  • Show them the preview message and how you can add a note to the premade message.
  • Show status page from phone and show how it all works on the phone as well.
  • Have them approve the quote
  • Talk to them about the credit card portion and how it will link directly to stripe.
  • Tell them I can make holds and charges on the credit card.
  • Show creating a new job and how all documents are recalled.
  • "There's lots of other template emails and text messages that send as you do the work, so it ends up saving you a bunch of time through having the client input information directly into your system as well as sending emails as you go along and do your work. This creates a really easy repeatable process for both you and the client"
