Checking out Orders without Scanning

There are going to be some rare instances where our scanning gun breaks or is missing and you will have to check in or out an order without a gun.

You should still follow the activity board and all the usual steps, its just for the scanning section that things will change.

Check Out

This is fairly normal in that you will just pick the items and check them off as you go. There is no need to include the truck items in this picklist, only the items you are picking.

Once you are complete with picking the order and the activity board, leave it as confirmed. Do not change order status.

Check In

Print the return list, but this time print all of the items on the order including things tracked by barcode or RFID. You will have to count every item.

Once you do you can set the order to complete.

This is only going to work if the items were scanned out, but not if you used the above method.
