Sometimes you will have multiple orders on one deal that will need to be checked in at once. For these you can do a Multi-Order Check In. This should be done with any order that is a day play package just in case they accidentally swapped items from their run of show package, at the end you will be able to migrate any left over items back to the run of show package.

  • Click Check-In
  • Click Deal No.
  • Search for the Deal Name

The deal name will be the first portion of the job name. Once you've found it, select it. This shows all deals, so you will have to use the search feature.

  • Scan one item from the order and all other items will load onto your Check In

Each item you scan from another order will load in that order. This only works with a barcode scan.

  • Scan an item on the other order and click New Order

Check in Procedure

If you have a job with a multi-order check in and you have all of the orders present, it is best to treat them as one singular order and do each step of the process together. For example, complete the return sheet for both trucks, then scan both trucks, then return all the items at once. Treating it as one order simplifies things as it removes the issue of looking between two trucks for items that may have been swapped.

Using Activity Board

iPad Multi-Task

Use the Multi-Task function on the iPad to open up one instance of the app in split screen. Then use safari to open up a link to the app in the other side of the split screen. This will allow you to have the run of show package and the day play package both open at once.

Migrating

  • Go to the Order Status of the Day Play order

Use this to see whats still out.

  • Compare this to the contract that was a check in of the Run of Show package.

As long as the total missing items on the Day Play Order equals what has been checked in on the contract of the run of show check in, you can proceed with the next step.

  • Use Migrate to move the remaining items to the Run of Show Package.
