Cancelling Shipping

USPS

• Find tracking number of the package you wish to cancel the shipping for

Log into Pirate Ship by using the login info from Lastpass. Click on the order for the package you want to return. See Photo for placement of tracking number.

Tracking Number Placement

• Go to USPS website and search for tracking number

Use this link https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action

• Confirm the address of the package

Type in the address. The address can be found on the pirate ship page where you got the tracking number from.

• Choose Return to Sender
• Add shop address for Return to Sender
• Pay for the service

Use one of the Bolt credit cards on file.
