When a customer emails saying that they have not received their package.

  • Check the tracking for the package through pirateship

If the package has said it has been delivered the first thing you should do is have them wait 3 days to see if the package does eventually show up.

  • Have them reach out to the carrier directly and ask them to confirm the delivery GPS location

This has been known to help find lost packages.

  • If the client needs you to fill out a missing package claim you can do that through pirateship by clicking on the trackiing number and following the promps.
  • After The 3 day waiting period is up, and the package has been confirmed lost/stolen have them file a non emergency police report for the stolen package
  • Once we receive the police report, send the client a replacement package. Make sure to pay for a signature required delivery
